Was hoping for a more excited trip to Reno this weekend, but was disappointed because there was zero snow. The only snow I was able to see, was on the way through Lake Tahoe. I was planning a trip for early next week to Lake Tahoe to snowboard, but that doesn’t look like it will happen after what I saw up there. On the other hand, I had a lot of fun gambling at the casinos and just being away from home for 2 days. I definitely need to take trips like that more often. Here are a few pictures from the trip.
Long weekend started on Friday and I made sure to take advantage of it. Spent the morning biking at Lake Chabot with a “n00b” and a few hours watching movies, coding and at the gym after. Woke up Saturday morning with the urge to bike again, but this time alone. Biked hard for about an hour through Lake Chabot and it turned out to be a warm up for my championship game later that afternoon. The game was intense and low scoring. We pulled out the “W” and to celebrate, I went to the movies and saw “Shadow Recruit.” Spent sunday morning at Church, then the rest of my late-morning-early-afternoon watching the Super Bowl and feeling bad for the broncos. Good thing I didn’t bet on this game! After the game I went to the gym to workout a little, then afterwards came home to work on some stuff. Finally calling it at night, at 2am.
